DESIGN

CUTTING
Metal processing by cutting is carried out so that the workpiece has the desired shape. For this purpose, it is necessary to remove the excess. Such manipulation is carried out by using different cutting tools on special machines. In the cars building industry, metal cutting is very important.
WELDING
In our specialized workshop, together with the qualified staff, we perform welding services and operations that comply with the quality standards in the field and the exact specifications of the beneficiary. The precision of the work and the final result give the assemblies safety and resistance over time.
WELD GRINDING
Grinding ensures the perfection of weld seams.
We intervene with this polishing step to equalize the welding seams, intermediate grinding and final finishing of the welded subassemblies, but also to clean the welding seams, preparation for painting. We do all sanding by hand, with sanding discs.
Where necessary, in the deburring operations, we intervene to remove the residues, sharpen the sharp edges resulting from cutting and facilitate the painting process.
